The sample files assume the recipient has an agreement as specified below. The agreement and the payment method determine the appearance of the reports. There are four different sample files corresponding to different agreements and containing payments made using different methods. The sample files contain different combinations of payments, so it can be a good idea to test several different files.
Payments can be made using three channels:
- Supplier Payments (Leverantörsbetalningar, LB)
- Payments via Internet bank (Betalning via Internetbank)
- Payment forms (Blankettbetalning)
1) Agreement without optional extras
The customer has not chosen to receive verification or extended form registration.
The sample file includes a section in SEK.
As no extended form registration has been chosen in the agreement, the payment reference on payments made using forms will not be reported in the file. To obtain information about such payments, the customer must have the service to retrieve deposit information over the Internet (Insättningsuppgift via Internet service) or the image file (Bildfil) option.

2) Agreement on OCR verification, check digit only
The customer has an agreement on OCR verification wherein only the check digit is verified and no extended form registration is provided. The sample file includes a section in EUR and a section in SEK.
As no extended form registration has been chosen in the agreement, the payment reference on payments made using forms will not be reported in the file. To obtain information about such payments, the customer must have the service to retrieve deposit information over the Internet (Insättningsuppgift via Internet service) or the image file (Bildfil) option.
3) Agreement on OCR verification, check digit and length (variable or fixed)
The customer has an agreement on OCR verification wherein both the check digit and the length (length 6 digits) are verified. No extended form registration has been chosen. The sample file includes two sections in SEK and one section in EUR.
As no extended form registration has been chosen in the agreement, the payment reference on payments made using forms will not be reported in the file. To obtain information about such payments, the customer must have the service to retrieve deposit information over the Internet (Insättningsuppgift via Internet service) or the image file (Bildfil) option.
4) Agreement on OCR verification and Extended form registration with OCR verification
The customer has an agreement on OCR verification and Extended form registration wherein both the check digit and the length (length 6 digits) are verified. The sample file includes three sections in SEK and one section in EUR.
5) Agreement on OCR verification and Extended form registration with OCR verification and associated image file
The customer has an agreement on OCR verification (variable length) and Extended form registration wherein both the check digit and the length are verified. With associated image file.
