Efficient salary payments
Löner (The Salaries service) allows you to send electronic payment instructions from your salary administration system to Bankgirot, which then ensures that your employees’ salaries are paid on time.
Since Bankgirot is the only giro system in Sweden which can deal with accounts at all banks, it does not matter who your employees bank with.
The service is available around the clock, which means that you can send your payment instructions to Bankgirot at any time, and you can choose to pay salaries in Swedish kronor or euros.
The Salaries service is suitable for companies which have a salary administration system which can send electronic payment instructions to Bankgirot. The payment instruction you send contains information about the net salary amounts, the recipients' bank account number and the date the payment should be made.
This is what you do:
- The electronic payment instruction is sent to Bankgirot by 7 p.m. two days before the salary payment date. Bankgirot monitors the payment date.
- Once the payment has been made, this is reported back to you.
- The money will be available in the employee's account on the salary payment date.
The service is available around the clock. Cancellations or changes to the payment date for payment instructions which have already been submitted can also be made around the clock.
