Insättningsuppgift via Internet
(Deposit information via Internet)

Fast payment information
With Deposit information via Internet, you will receive information on payments received on Bankgirot’s actual processing day. By connecting to your Internet bank, you receive a summary presentation of credit advices and electronic scans of original payment slips in an easily-accessible way. The service shows the total amount and all information relating to payments made to the company. Deposit information via Internet is not location specific, which means that the information is accessible to multiple users simultaneously.

By going online, you can quickly and easily get current information about payments made into the company’s account via Bankgirot. This can be used, for example, for managing the company’s accounts receivable ledger.

What can I look up?
All searches are carried out using a receiving bankgiro number. You can look up:

  • the credit advice for a particular day
  • credit advices for a particular period
  • payments within a certain payment range made within a given period

By clicking on a payment, you can see detailed information about that specific payment.

Security
Security is important when it comes to transferring payments and payment information via the Internet. The information transmitted is therefore protected in a number of ways:

  • The authority to view payment details for a particular bankgiro number is linked to you as a person. An Electronic Identification Card (EID) and a card reader connected to your PC are used to check your identity.
  • All information transmitted between Bankgirot and your PC is encrypted, which means that it is coded.
