Nya Autogiro is completely electronic which enables you to cut back on manual procedures. The new web service Autogiro Online includes all the information previously provided on paper and it will be available via the Internet bank or
www.bgc.se.
Manage payments online
With Autogiro Online you can also manage some of the Autogiro functions, such as changing or cancelling a payment. In order to initiate payments you still need a software application or ERP system however, as this function will not be provided in Autogiro Online.
No other changes necessary
If you choose to supplement your existing ERP system with the Autogiro Online web service you do not need to make any changes to your ERP system. Autogiro Online will provide the complete Autogiro information - such as for example information on rejected payments - that is only provided on paper today. To initiate payments you use your ERP system as usual.
Your bank will help you
Contact your bank and they will help make your upgrade to Nya Autogiro as smooth as possible. Your bank will also provide you with access rights for Autogiro Online.
Inform your customers
Once you have been provided with access rights to Autogiro Online, you need to inform all your customers about the new way of working with Autogiro.
